2016 Keynote: Day 3

Delirious Philadelphia

“There’s been very little rethinking of what cities can be,” Rem Koolhaas told Fast Company magazine last year.

Rethinking, reimagining, revising your plans for the world’s future—it’s all on the agenda on Day 3 in Philly, beginning with a kick in the pants from Koolhaas, the Pritzker Prize winner. Joining Koolhaas is Mohsen Mostafavi, architect, educator, and Dean of the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Explore your imagination and share ideas that catch fire—with inspiration from two of the world’s most visionary educators and collaborators. Koolhaas has been reimagining our cities since 1978’s publication of Delirious New York, a manifesto on modern urban design that was instantly hailed as a classic text. And Mostafavi, whose prolific career includes teaching at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Cambridge, and the Frankfurt Academy of Fine Arts, has been inspiring, exploring, and evaluating bold urban architecture for more than three decades.
