AIA Housing is provided by Travel Planners, the official housing provider for the AIA National Convention. When you make your housing reservation through AIA Housing, you can expect:

• The lowest hotel rate available at more than 20 conveniently located hotels  
• Complimentary shuttle service between hotels and the convention center for hotels beyond walking distance

Important Details—Please Read
Other travel agencies will not be able to book within the convention housing block, and hotels within the housing block will not accept reservations directly for the discounted rates. 

Convention rates are guaranteed until June 6. To receive the AIA discounted rate, AIA Housing must receive your housing request by 7 pm (Eastern) on June 6. If rooms are no longer available in the hotel or at the rate of your choice, you will be placed in the nearest hotel with comparable rates.
