Thank You for Your Interest
Presentation submissions for the AIA 2013 National Convention are no longer being accepted.
If you have previously submitted a proposal for consideration, the following timeline outlines next steps.
Round 1: Peer Review/Course Selection
We will notify the session organizers via e-mail if your program is advancing to the next round of reviews. If you indicated that we could share your proposal, we will make your submission information available to our components and member groups. Proposals that meet the requisite criteria will advance for additional peer review. During the month of August, we will schedule conference calls to discuss timelines, expectations, and to provide tips and tools to prepare you for the design and development phase of your course. We ask for full participation by session organizers and speakers.
Round 2: Submit Presentation
We will ask you to submit a full set of course materials (including visual presentations, handouts, and speaker notes/talking points) for peer review.
Round 3: Peer Review/Quality Assurance (Program Design, Content Development, and Presentation Delivery)
On review of your materials, volunteer members will offer critiques and coaching to enhance your presentation.
Round 4: Notification of Selection
December 15, 2012
We will make final selections and notify submitters of acceptance.
